Eligibility for Returns
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all tags, packaging, and invoice intact.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or tampering will not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
Earrings (studs, hoops, danglers, etc.)
Items bought on sale, discount, or clearance
Customized or made-to-order jewellery
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Clear photos or videos of the product
Order ID and issue description
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Return Process

Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the refund or exchange.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item passes quality inspection.
The amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.
Important Notes
Vaynora Jewels reserves the right to accept or reject returns based on product condition.
Colors may vary slightly due to lighting or screen resolution—this is not considered a defect.
